At first I was going to return the scanner but I tried one more time and was amazed at the way this scanner worked. The same Company Launch in the US will not support this scanner but later I found out support was provided by overseas Launch .The scanner is everything a DIY needs .I love the touch screen and its ability to with the internet. It can also download software from the internet.Great product. Wish they had support in the US

I have recently received a new Launch CPR 123. I followed the instructions and can not find the register and update tool ? Should not be this hard. Thank you
