he utilizado los scanner launch al menos durente ocho años, el primer launch fue el x431 grande, el cual ya no puedo actializar, luego adquiri el scanpad, y ya no puedo actualizar. Quiero compra el modelo mas reciente que ha salido al mercado, solicito precio, garantia, tiempo de actualizaciones. Estoy en Caracas Venezuela y tengo taller de reparacion de autos, tengo que pagar el envio? espero respuesta.

Really nice looking and thats it. You can read the errors and erase some. Nothing more. I cant reset the oil service, you can't regenerate DPF, can't start the fuel pump after changing the fuel filter. With 50$ diagnostic tool you do as much you do with this. Really unsatisfied with this product.

I ordered this product and I have made a payment since the 13th of July. Your sales rep refuses to proceed with the shipment of my order asking me for additional payment. S/he claimed that I am in a remote area which I am not. S/he sent me a link to the DHL site and when I checked it was confirmed that I am not in a remote area. I also went further and shared the link of DHL remote areas 2020 (which my address is not included) with S/he but still adamant insisting that I must pay. Two of my friends bought items from you and shipped to the same location without paying any additional cost other than the cost of items. No justification for additional payment because you claimed the item is free shipping. This is frustrating!

This is an awesome Device!! I have owned and researched numerous scan tools and this is the Top of the line!! If you need to trouble shoot newer cars every one knows that you must have a decent scan tool. Software can continuously be updated for 2 years. They are very reasonable priced there after when you compare to other scan tools. So far so good with this device.
