1. Ship from US/EU/UK Ship Other Overseas Warehouse
Ship from US 👍 : Only in stock in the US warehouse and can only be sent to cities within the United States.
US/EU/UK Ship 👍: In stock in the US/EU/UK warehouse, can be sent to cities within the US/EU/UK countries.
EU/UK Ship 👍 : Only in stock in the EU/UK warehouse and can only be sent to cities within the EU/UK.
1) Ship from US Warehouse (Valid for US Local Address Only - Normally take about 3-4 working days to arrive)
* Only Item title marked
"Ship from US" will ship from US warehouse!
2) Ship from EU/UK Warehouse (Normally take about 2-7 working days to different EU countries.)
* Only Item title marked "
EU/UK Ship" will ship from EU/UK warehouse!
* If title marked ''
US/EU/UK Ship'' that mean we have stock in all three warehouses.
A: To UK local address, normally take about 1-3 working days. To other European country will take about 5-7 working days, this all depends on the address is close or remote.
B: We just have stocks in US/UK/EU warehouse, do not have branch company in US/UK/EU, if item have problem need to repair, you need to send back to our Shenzhen warehouse. If there is any refund request, please contact us in advance.
C: If customer country do not have Shipping service in our UK/EU warehouse or only have UPS or DHL service, customer need pay the UPS and DHL freight difference or package will ship from Shenzhen by post or express
(Usually there will be not extra shipping cost by post service from Shenzhen, but there will be extra shipping cost by Express service from Shenzhen, if you want to know more please contact us via: sales@x431tool.com).
2. Shipment from Shenzhen/ Hongkong warehouse
1). Normal Registered Airmail Post way
* Registered Airmail Includes Netherlands Post, USPS Post, Singapore Post, Hongkong Post, etc
* Order amount less than 150USD, and package weight less than 2KG will be sent by Registered airmail.
* But if you feel it is really slow, and want us to send by DHL, you can choose "Premium Delivery" and pay for the extra shipping for express service. finally we will send it by DHL.
2). Default DHL and Other Express Service
1) If the item you brought is no stock in our overseas warehouse. we will send packages from shenzhen by DHL, Fedex, UPS, etc. (DHL will be the default delivery method)
2) Those express service will just take about 3-5 working days to arrive.
3) But to some EU countries, there might be customs duty problem. for this situation, we will always help to write low value on invoice to avoid high tax problem. So if you have any special rquest on this, you can email to inform us your suggestions. we will help to make it.
3). Shipment by Yanwen Express Service (No Tax Problem - Normally will take about 7-10 working days)
In order to help client who from EU countries avoid the high tax problem, we can send packages by Yanwen from shenzhen warehouse. it will take about 7-10 working days to arrive. but clients do not need to pay any extra payment for the import duty. Yanwen will help to make the customs clearancce for this. and we will help to afford all cost.
3. License or Activation service online.
No need for shipping, but please offer the serial number after the payment. We usually process the order in 1-2 working days (Most activation codes will be completed within 24 hours), after that we will offer you the code information online via Email or WhatsApp.
