Please use the higher version such as V+ V5.0, PRO3S+, PRO5 or our new product PRO ELITE to work with Xprog3.
Also you need to add the extra IMMO license on the X431 device.

Xprog3 is mainly used for data cloning, not key programming.
The key programmer is mainly used to read the key chip.
Your X431 device can only do key programmer or key increase together with Xprog3 after IMMO software is enabled.
So these three devices have three different purposes.
